Certain places where cars are imported in bulk from the UK can now benefit from the EU Returned Goods system. You may be able to use a Certificate of Origin to take advantage of EC directive No. 9524/2013

A Eurocert Certificate of Origin (ECOO) is sometimes requested by authorities; and sometimes chosen by importers, for benefits at destination.
If your vehicle is right hand drive or previously UK-registered, you may benefit from declaring your vehicle as ORIGIN UK.
