How to join the scheme
Regional representatives are needed for distribution of Eurocert Vehicle Conformity documents.
General Exclusions

Regional representatives are not being sought in the UK (except UK dependencies).

The brand name Eurocert must not appear in marketing or operational material used by the distributor/reseller/franchisee; except where it qualifies the brand name licensing element, example - it is OK to state 'licensed by Eurocert', 'powered by Eurocert', 'We sell the Eurocert ICOC', 'official Eurocert document reseller', etc. etc.

The brand name Eurocert must not be used within a domain or subdomain website or email used by the partner. That is to say, a reseller for Cyprus for example must not start operating a domain name eurocertcyprus.com, because this would confuse end-clients and consumers, but may also undermine our ability to maintain a high level of standards in data protection and reliability of data.

Only one franchisee can be chosen per territory, while a franchise agreement is in force.
There are three types of Reseller in the scheme
1. Distributor: Chosen for local procedural and market knowledge, with good contacts in the import or vehicle dealership industry. Distributor receives a discount from us and sells and distributes Eurocert Vehicle Conformity documents to his/her customers at the Eurocert RRP or just under.
2. Reseller: Chosen for the same reasons but working energetically to sell Eurocert Vehicle Conformity documents widely in his/her region. Licensed to advertise and market using Eurocert brand name referencing. The Reseller is recommended by us to our customers in his/her region. The Reseller benefits from a Eurocert branded sub website within the global Eurocert envelope.
3. Franchisee: A Eurocert Franchise is a contractual licence to operate an exclusive region or territory. This means we have chosen the Franchisee as a dedicated reseller with potential sales volumes that allow it to dedicate an entire business or significant part of a business to vending Eurocert Vehicle Conformity documents. The Reseller still benefits from a Eurocert branded sub website but Eurocert actively diverts all regional customers to the franchise sub website. The franchisee is the sole distributor of Eurocert documents in that region.

You can upgrade from Reseller to Franchisee and get first refusal if a Franchise is applied-for for your Reseller region.
5 years of growth security. Fixed prices, easy payments (split the cost over the 5 years), and freedom to thrive in your region.
Reseller
£6,000 per year fee; paid at the start of the contract period. This gets you a Eurocert branded website, recommendations (linked to your order volumes) and one, two or three years guaranteed contract.

Franchisee
£50,000 fee; this can be paid in 5 annual instalments. It is for a standard 5 year exclusive-territory contract. It doesn't get any better than this if you want to share in the success of Eurocert.
